Agreement
These Terms govern use of BridgeLearning, operated by JimmyAI. By creating an account, starting a trial, purchasing access, or using the service, you agree to these Terms.
What BridgeLearning provides
BridgeLearning provides educational support tools intended to help parents and guardians understand assignments, guide a child through learning steps, and organize homework support. It does not replace a teacher, school instructions, professional tutoring, medical advice, legal advice, or other professional services.
Accounts and adult supervision
BridgeLearning is intended for use by adults supporting children. You are responsible for your account credentials and for the information entered through your account. Parents and guardians should supervise use involving a child and avoid entering unnecessary sensitive or identifying information about children.
Trial and paid access
BridgeLearning may offer a seven-day free trial. After the trial, one year of family access is available for a one-time payment of $29.99 USD. The current offer does not auto-renew. If you want another year after access expires, you choose whether to make a new purchase.
Payments
Payments are processed through a third-party payment provider. You agree to provide accurate payment information and to comply with the payment provider’s applicable terms. Taxes or other charges may apply where required by law or the payment provider.
Acceptable use
You may not misuse BridgeLearning, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with service operation, submit unlawful or harmful material, reverse engineer protected portions of the service except where law permits it, or use the service to violate another person’s rights.
Educational outputs
Generated explanations and guides may contain errors or may not match a teacher’s exact method. You are responsible for reviewing outputs before relying on them and should prioritize the teacher’s stated instructions and official school materials.
Availability and changes
JimmyAI may update, improve, limit, suspend, or discontinue features when reasonably necessary to operate or improve BridgeLearning. Continuous or error-free availability is not guaranteed.
Disclaimer and liability
BridgeLearning is provided on an “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded. To the extent permitted by applicable law, JimmyAI is not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from use of the service.
Changes to these Terms
These Terms may be updated as BridgeLearning changes. The effective date above will be updated when revised Terms are posted. Continued use after an update means the revised Terms apply from their effective date.
